Is there a Covid-19 common denominator?

So today at the store, one of our regulars popped in and told me his friend has covid-19, and he's taking CBD, and doing well.  I asked about his lungs and he said he had no trouble there.  I asked was he on immune suppressants, steroids, and he said no.  I do not personally know anyone with covid-19.  My 90 year old Father, and many clients, 72+ are fine.  Those older folks, I know are not on immunosuppressants, but do have autoimmune diseases such as osteoarthritis.   I am so curious as to the reality of all this and would like to discover if there is a common denominator.  I would love to hear your comments if you know anyone with covid-19.  I would like to know age, disease if any, cbd user, and whether they are on immune suppressant drugs.  Immunosuppressants can be divided into classes including calcineurin inhibitors, interleukin inhibitors, selective immunosuppressants and TNF alfa inhibitors.
